Information regarding online dispute resolution

We hereby inform you that we are legally required to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Further information about the arbitration board is available here: www.ombudsmann-immobilien.net We generally do not take part in arbitration proceedings before any other arbitration boards. Pursuant to the guideline 2013/11/EU, the European Commission has set up a European online dispute resolution platform (ODR platform): ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The ODR platform is available to consumers for out-of-court resolution of disputes arising due to online contracts with companies based within the EU.
